Job Description
Roles: Lead and manage the finance and accounting team. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of finance activities. Act as a bridge between the finance team and upper management. Responsibilities: Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Review and approve accounting entries and financial statements. Monitor compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations. Guide and mentor team members to improve performance and efficiency. Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors. Identify process improvements and implement best practices. Resolve escalated issues related to finance and accounting operations. Support strategic financial planning and decision-making. 2. Management Trainee (Finance & Accounting) Roles: Learn and support various finance and accounting functions. Gain exposure to different areas of finance through rotations or projects. Develop skills to prepare for a future leadership role. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing financial reports and statements. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Perform data analysis and reconciliation tasks. Participate in internal audits and compliance checks. Help maintain financial records and documentation. Collaborate with different departments to gather financial information. Attend training sessions and workshops. Undertake special projects as assigned by supervisors.
