Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-driven Head of Operations / Operations Manager who can build, scale, and lead multi-outlet operations across cities.
This is not a maintenance role — this is a build-from-ground-up leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Outlet Operations
* Drive daily operations across multiple outlets
* Ensure sales, profitability, and customer experience targets
* Build strong store-level leadership (Outlet Managers, Chefs, Baristas)
2. Pre-Opening & Expansion
* Lead new outlet launches end-to-end
* Hiring, training, SOP implementation, readiness audits
* Ensure every launch is “market-ready, not just open”
3. Performance & Profitability
* Own P&L across outlets
* Control food cost, manpower cost, wastage, and operational leakage
* Drive monthly sales growth and outlet-level profitability
4. Team & Culture Building
* Build a performance-driven, no-excuse culture
* Eliminate internal issues like groupism, lack of ownership, and low accountability (core to our culture standards)
* Develop second-line leaders across operations
5. Training & SOP Excellence
* Implement structured training systems across coffee, kitchen, and service
* Ensure uniformity, efficiency, and customer-centricity across outlets
* Drive consistent EOD reporting, audits, and reviews
6. Customer Experience
* Ensure exceptional guest experience across all outlets
* Drive feedback closure, repeat customer strategy, and loyalty systems
What We’re Looking For
* 5–12+ years experience in QSR / Café / Restaurant chain operations
* Proven experience handling multiple outlets (5–20+)
* Strong understanding of:
* P&L management
* Store operations
* Hiring & training
* SOP execution
* Ability to handle chaos, scale systems, and build teams
* Strong leadership — not positional, but ownership-driven
