Job Description: Quality Check Executive
Job Summary
The Quality Check Executive is responsible for ensuring that all preschool operations, cctv checking, child safety & security, infrastructure, Hygiene processes comply with the school's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
The role focuses on maintaining child safety & security, and high-quality learning environment for children.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular cctv checking on classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers.
Child Safety & Conduct regular checks on child safety measures and emergency procedures.
Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
Operational Quality
Inspect classrooms, play areas, learning resources, and facilities.
Ensure maintenance of infrastructure materials.
Verify attendance records, student documentation.
Monitor compliance with school policies and standard operating procedures.
Parent & Stakeholder Satisfaction
Collect feedback from parents.
Analyze concerns and recommend improvement measures.
Support initiatives to enhance parent engagement and satisfaction.
Audits & Reporting
Conduct internal quality audits and inspections.
Prepare quality assessment reports and improvement plans.
Track corrective actions and follow up on implementation.
Maintain quality records and documentation.

Pay: ₹10,667.99 - ₹40,038.20 per month
