We are looking for a Business Development Team Lead to drive sales, manage client interactions, coordinate site visits, and lead successful property closures while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle property inquiries and guide clients throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate and conduct property site visits.
- Present project features and investment opportunities professionally.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Negotiate and assist in closing sales successfully.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and documentation.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to closure.
- Lead and support the business development team to achieve sales targets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Real Estate, Construction, or Civil-related industries (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Languages Required: English & Tamil.
- Must own a Laptop and Two-Wheeler.
