Job Details which we required in candidate -
A Relationship Manager (RM) at a Nexa showroom - responsible for driving car sales by managing the entire customer journey, from initial engagement to vehicle delivery, while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Key duties include providing product demonstrations, arranging test drives, facilitating finance options, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
- Sales & Lead Generation: Actively seek new sales opportunities, handle showroom walk-ins, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer needs, provide tailored product advice, and maintain regular communication to build trust.
- Product Expertise: Deliver detailed demonstrations, presentations, and test drives of Nexa vehicles.
- Documentation & Finance: Guide customers on finance options, insurance, and handle all necessary documentation.
- Post-Sales Service: Ensure timely vehicle delivery, explain vehicle features, and handle customer complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain customer databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education/Experience: Generally a Graduate with experience in sales (automotive, insurance, banking, or retail).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Other: Ability to work on weekends and maintain a professional appearance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
