Gecko Programmes Ltd is a UK-based training and education company specializing in vocational education, skills development, and professional training. We are looking for motivated and target-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing remote sales team.
Job Summary
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into successful enrollments for our online training programs. You will interact with prospective customers, understand their learning needs, explain course benefits, and close sales over the phone.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong B2C sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact company-provided warm leads via phone.
- Build rapport with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and promote online training programs effectively.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, or B2C Sales.
- Experience in Academic Sales, Education Sales, Training Sales, or Visa Sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling and objection management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a UK shift.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined while working remotely.
- Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
