About the Role
Circle Health is looking for experienced Patient Callers to support our growing healthcare operations team.
This is primarily a calling role, where you will engage with patients, explain healthcare programs, address concerns, and obtain consent for initial healthcare visits and enrollment into care management programs.
The ideal candidate should come from a background in Sales, Insurance, Healthcare, Customer Engagement, Telecalling, or Patient Outreach and should be comfortable having meaningful conversations with patients while achieving enrollment goals.

- 80% Calling
- 20% Non-Calling Activities (Emails, Documentation, Google Sheets Updates, Follow-ups, and Data Tracking)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to patients regarding healthcare programs and services.
- Explain the benefits of care management programs and initial provider visits.
- Build rapport and trust with patients through effective communication.
- Address patient concerns and handle objections professionally.
- Obtain patient consent for enrollment and initial visits.
- Maintain accurate call notes and patient records.
- Update Google Sheets, trackers, and internal systems with call outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding patient status and follow-ups.
- Complete basic email communication and documentation tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecalling, Patient Outreach, Customer Engagement, or similar roles.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US-facing communication style.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and conversational skills.
- Ability to build trust and convert patient conversations into enrollments.
- Comfortable handling objections and influencing decisions professionally.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Email Communication, and online tools.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Preferred Experience
- US Healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience in telesales, insurance sales, healthcare enrollment, patient engagement, appointment setting, or customer acquisition.
- Exposure to CCM, RPM, care coordination, or patient engagement programs is an advantage.
