About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services. Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
