Support students in making informed academic and career decisions through psychometric assessments and personalized guidance. Help students identify their strengths, interests, and suitable career pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct career guidance and counseling sessions for students.
- Interpret psychometric assessment reports and provide recommendations.
- Guide students and parents on stream and career selection.
- Support students in planning their academic and career journey.
