Position: Sr. HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Vashi Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Notice Period: Immediate / 15 Days or Less Preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Attraction
- Attract top talent through multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Build strong pipelines using creative sourcing strategies
Recruitment Strategy Execution
- Implement and follow effective hiring strategies
- Ensure quality hiring aligned with company goals
Job Structuring
- Create and update job descriptions & specifications
- Conduct job analysis to define roles clearly
Job Posting & Employer Branding
- Post jobs across platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, colleges, etc.)
- Participate in job fairs & hiring drives
Screening & Shortlisting
- Screen resumes and applications efficiently
- Use tools and platforms to identify the best-fit candidates
Interview & Selection
- Conduct structured interviews using reliable techniques
- Ensure proper evaluation as per recruitment standards
