Job Opening – Partnership & Growth Specialist
The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying and managing business partnerships to generate leads and drive growth. The role involves reaching out to potential partners, building relationships with business owners and founders, ensuring smooth onboarding, and maintaining long-term engagement. It also includes managing partner pipelines and supporting structured coordination across all stages of the partnership lifecycle.
Key Responsibility
- Identify and generate partnership opportunities across banks, NBFCs, startups, co-working spaces, incubators, agencies, SaaS platforms, and professional networks • Drive lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calls, and ecosystem networking • Reach out and engage with business owners, founders, CXOs, and Partners• Manage complete partner lifecycle including outreach, follow-ups, meetings, coordination, onboarding, and relationship management • Maintain structured partner pipelines using CRM tools with proper tracking at each stage • Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating documentation, materials, and internal support • Build and maintain long-term relationships with active partners • Track partner performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics; re-engage inactive partners • Prepare regular reports on pipeline status and partnership performance
Required Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, lead generation, business coordination, or ecosystem roles • Excellent communication skills to engage with founders, business owners, and Partners • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Strong analytical ability to evaluate partnership quality and scalability • Experience in startup, SaaS, Fintech, Edtech, or service ecosystem preferred • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
