Position Title: Business Development/Sales Executive - B2B

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, particularly in electrical, music, or audio-visual products, with a proven track record of building and expanding dealer and channel partner networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners and dealers in target markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and system
integrators
- Conduct product demos and sales presentations to both channel partners and end
customers
- Prepare and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to plan promotions, events, and customer
engagement activities
- Track competitor activity and provide market insights for business growth
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in electrical appliances, music instruments, or audio-visual distribution
- Strong dealer and channel management experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
- Willingness to travel as required
