Job Title: QMS Assistant
Location: Khed Shivapur, Pune
Job Summary: The QMS Assistant is responsible for supporing in implementation and con nual improvement in Quality Management Systems in compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015 and IATF 16949 : 2016 within the organisa on. It includes documenta on control, internal and external audits, mee ng customer and regulatory requirements etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, update QMS documents (Manuals, Work Instruc ons, SOPs etc.)Proper change control system implementa on for any change in documenta on or record Support in planning and execu on of audits (Internal, External, Customer, Process, Product etc.) Support in closure of Non-conformi es with proper root cause analysis and CAPA. Support in prepara on and execu on of MRM Assist in QMS related training and maintaining proper records.
