Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Production Supervisor with experience in Welding and Sheet Metal Fabrication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, ensuring quality standards, meeting production targets, and maintaining a 5s & safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
- Monitor welding and sheet metal fabrication processes to ensure quality and productivity.
- Allocate work to operators and monitor manpower utilization.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize rework and rejection.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth production flow.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
- Prepare daily production reports and update management on production status.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Welding and Sheet Metal Fabrication.
- Knowledge of production planning, welding processes, fabrication drawings, and quality standards.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month
