- Manage end-to-end PMS cycle across the organization.
- Ensure alignment of employee goals with business objectives.
- Facilitate performance review discussions and calibration meetings.
- Generate performance analytics and management reports.
- Drive automation and process improvements in PMS.
- Coordinate with HRBPs, department heads, and leadership teams.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
