Job Title: Credit Analyst - Debt Vertical

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Credit Analyst with a strong background in finance and a comprehensive understanding of debt transactions. This role involves managing the execution of transactions from initiation through to closure, with a focus on maintaining strong relationships with clients and coordinating with banks.
Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Execution:

Oversee and manage the execution process of debt transactions once received.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, including documentation and compliance with relevant policies.

Bank Coordination:

Initiate and maintain communication with banks through phone calls and in-person meetings.

Follow up on transaction status, resolve issues, and gather necessary information to facilitate smooth transaction processing.

Client Meetings:

Conduct meetings with clients to discuss the details of ongoing transactions.

Provide updates, address any concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the transaction process.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for transaction-related matters.

Manage client expectations and provide high-quality service to foster long-term partnerships.

Query Resolution:

Respond to and resolve client queries related to transactions promptly and effectively.

Offer clear explanations and solutions to any issues or questions that arise during the transaction process.

End-to-End Transaction Closure:

Ensure the successful closure of transactions by coordinating all required activities and finalizing documentation.

Review and verify all aspects of the transaction to confirm completion and compliance with contractual obligations.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance, Business Analyst, and Marketing related fields, or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the finance or debt sector.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and debt transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and transaction execution.
