With strong traction across retail stores, apartment communities, corporate channels, and quick commerce, we are now expanding aggressively across Bangalore and South India.
We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Head who has previously worked in the ice cream or frozen dessert industry and understands the nuances of cold-chain distribution, modern trade operations, retailer relationships, and secondary sales management.
Role Overview
The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for leading Kulfi Kulture's Bangalore market expansion by securing listings and driving sales across modern trade chains, premium supermarkets, gourmet stores, and organised retail formats.
The ideal candidate should have strong existing relationships with category buyers and decision-makers at modern retail chains and experience launching or scaling frozen products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive placement of Kulfi Kulture products across modern trade and organized retail channels in Bangalore.
- Secure listings with leading chains such as:
- Reliance Retail
- DMart - More Retail
- Nature's Basket
- Foodhall
- Premium local supermarket groups and gourmet stores.
- Build and manage distributor networks across Bangalore.
- Negotiate commercial terms, shelf placement, freezer placement, and promotional activities.
- Develop annual sales plans and regional growth strategies.
- Manage sales officers, promoters, merchandisers, and distributor sales teams.
- Monitor secondary sales, stock rotation, and product availability.
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining healthy distributor economics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for in-store activations, sampling programs, and consumer promotions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6–10+ years of sales experience in ice cream, frozen desserts, dairy, beverages, or FMCG.
- Proven experience working with brands such as premium ice cream, frozen dessert, or dairy companies.
- Strong relationships with modern trade buyers and distributors in Bangalore.
- Deep understanding of:
- Modern Trade
- General Trade
- Cold-chain distribution
- Retail merchandising
- Trade marketing
- Track record of achieving aggressive sales growth targets.
- Experience managing regional teams and distributor networks.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Establish Kulfi Kulture in major modern trade chains across Bangalore.
- Build a sustainable distributor and cold-chain network.
- Secure premium freezer visibility and shelf presence.
- Drive strong repeat sales and market penetration.
- Position Kulfi Kulture as one of the leading premium Indian frozen dessert brands in the city.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹58,516.59 per month
