Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for our digital marketing and branding services. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interactions, capable of identifying business opportunities, and skilled in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Identify and connect with potential clients, especially in the real estate and corporate sectors.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and present suitable marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or digital marketing sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in selling digital marketing, branding, advertising, or creative services.
- An existing network in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
