Position: Planning Manager

Industry: Real Estate | High-Rise Projects
Role ObjectiveManage planning deliverables for multiple high-rise projects and drive schedule control, resource planning, and delay analysis.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Preparation & monitoring of MSP schedules
✅Multi-project planning & progress review
✅ Delay analysis & recovery planning
✅ Prepare baseline programmes, WBS & resource histograms
✅ Develop micro-schedules for project activities
✅ Conduct weekly progress review meetings
✅ Prepare dashboards, S-curves & CPM schedules
✅ Monitor manpower, machinery & productivity targets
✅ Review subcontractor programmes & ensure compliance
Skills Required
MSP – Mandatory
ERP Knowledge – Mandatory
Primavera – Preferred
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint
Drawing reading & sequencing logic
