- Testing Oversight: Supervise the analytical and microbiological testing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished batches.
- Cosmetic Parameters: Specifically for cosmetics, monitor physical-chemical attributes such as pH, viscosity, color, odor, texture, and preservative efficacy.
- Compliance & Regulations: Enforce adherence to cGMP, GLP, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, ISO 22716, CDSCO).
- Equipment & Calibration: Manage the validation, calibration, and maintenance of lab instruments like HPLC, GC, pH meters, and viscometers.
- Stability Studies: Oversee shelf-life testing and long-term stability parameters under various environmental conditions.
- Deviations & CAPA: Investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) results, product complaints, and deviations, implementing Corrective and Preventive Action plans.
- Documentation: Approve Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and maintain thorough documentation for regulatory audits and inspections.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise QC chemists, analysts, and microbiologists.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
