We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, driving revenue growth, monitoring team performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the sales team.
- Set sales goals and ensure team members meet or exceed targets.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives to improve productivity and performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally and promptly.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
