- Business Development & Strategy: Drive the acquisition of new borrowers and meet portfolio growth targets across the designated region. [1]
- Portfolio & Risk Management: Monitor Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), ensure timely weekly/monthly loan recoveries, and implement preventive risk measures to maintain a healthy portfolio. [1, 2]
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and manage Branch Managers and Field Officers. Conduct performance reviews and build staff capacity. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Operations & Compliance: Ensure branches adhere to standard operating procedures, audit guidelines, and regulatory frameworks. Physically monitor branches regularly to prevent fraud. [1, 2]
- Market Expansion: Identify unserved geographic locations, conduct demographic studies, and expand the organization's business correspondent (BC) network. [1, 2, 3]
