Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect responsible for end-to-end solution design and implementation across ITSM Pro, CMDB, Discovery, and enterprise integrations. The role focuses on building scalable ServiceNow architecture, ensuring CMDB data quality, driving automation, and enabling enterprise-wide service excellence.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, CMDB (CSDM), Discovery, Service Mapping, ITSM Pro implementation, and integration design.
