Job Description: IT Faculty (Management School)
Position: IT Faculty
Department: Management / IT
Programs: MBA (AKTU), BBA, B.Com (CCS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions for the following subjects:
- Emerging Technologies for Business
- Database Management System (DBMS)
- Software Engineering and Management
- Introduction to Computer Applications
- Business Management with MS Office (MBA, BBA, B.Com)
- Design lesson plans, assignments, and evaluation methods as per university curriculum (AKTU / CCS).
- Provide hands-on training in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for business applications.
- Guide students on basic IT concepts relevant to management studies.
- Support students with projects, presentations, and practical lab work.
- Maintain academic records and participate in departmental activities.
- Stay updated with current IT trends and integrate them into teaching.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT / MCA / MBA (IT preferred).
- Prior teaching experience in MBA / BBA / B.Com courses is preferred.
- Strong understanding of DBMS, basic programming concepts, and software engineering fundamentals.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools with practical business applications.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical students
- Practical knowledge of business-oriented IT tools
- Classroom management and student engagement skills
Pay: ₹29,813.57 - ₹75,830.69 per month
