SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Drive growth by building strong relationships with key marine customers, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions. You will manage key accounts, achieve sales and profit targets, and ensure high customer satisfaction while strengthening the company’s position as a trusted partner.
This position is based at Mumbai, Maharashtra & will report to Customer Group Manager - Shipping.
Responsibilities:-

Drive business growth by managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and setting clear sales targets to achieve results.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, timely responses, and practical product advice.

Identify and win new customers by researching the market, planning outreach, and converting inquiries into business.

Track key projects closely to ensure the company’s products are selected and sales targets are met.

Manage pricing and follow up on payments to meet profit goals and reduce outstanding dues.

Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Marketing, Production) to deliver high-quality service, while role modelling company values and contributing to a strong, positive culture.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in sales or key account management.

Proven experience in driving growth and managing key customers in commercial/project environments.

Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives or guide teams to achieve business targets.

Strong market understanding and ability to build long-term customer relationships.
