Role Overview
The E-commerce Intern / Management Trainee will support the E-commerce team in managing product data, inventory updates, catalog operations, and performance tracking across various online marketplaces and D2C platforms. This role provides hands-on exposure to e-commerce operations, data analysis, and marketplace management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product, inventory, and sales data across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Assist in catalog creation, product listings, data cleansing, and validation activities.
- Support inventory tracking, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards for sales and operational performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates and accurate product information.
- Monitor marketplace data and identify discrepancies or operational issues.
- Assist in generating business insights through data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure high levels of data accuracy and process compliance.
Required Skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and online retail operations.
- Familiarity with data management and reporting concepts.

Stipend/Compensation: As per company standards
