Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company products/services and generate sales.
- Follow up with interested customers and close deals.
- Maintain customer data and update CRM records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of Tele Sales/Telesales experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and any regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Own Laptop and Stable Internet Connection
