Job Description:
Sanskar School, Jaijaipur is inviting applications for the position of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Chemistry. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching senior secondary classes as per the Chhattisgarh State Board curriculum and helping students develop strong conceptual and practical understanding in Chemistry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Chemistry to senior secondary classes (Classes 11–12).
- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons.
- Prepare students for board examinations with focus on numerical and theoretical clarity.
- Conduct and supervise laboratory experiments and practicals safely and effectively.
- Prepare and evaluate assignments, tests, and exam papers.
- Maintain student academic records and monitor progress.
- Participate in academic planning and school activities.
- Provide additional support to students who need improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc. Chemistry).
- B.Ed. degree preferred.
- Prior teaching experience is an advantage (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
Skills Required:
- Strong conceptual knowledge in Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry.
- Ability to explain complex chemical concepts in a simple manner.
- Practical lab handling skills and safety awareness.
- Basic computer knowledge (for digital teaching tools).
