We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Staff Nurse with 4–5 years of hospital experience to provide quality patient care and support doctors and the healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patients, administering medications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to their medical needs.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and overall health condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Observe patients closely and report any changes in their condition to the doctor.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing records and patient documentation.
- Ensure proper implementation of infection control and hospital safety protocols.
- Assist patients with daily care, comfort, hygiene, and mobility as required.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, and other hospital departments.
- Educate patients and their attendants about medication, treatment, and post-care instructions.
- Handle medical equipment and ensure proper usage and availability.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate nursing support.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the patient care area.
- Ensure proper handover of patient information between shifts.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies and ethical standards.
Requirements
- GNM/B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent recognized nursing qualification.
- 4–5 years of relevant hospital experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
