We are looking for a caring and responsible Ward Nurse to join our nursing team in Bhimavaram. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care in the ward, monitor vital signs, assist doctors during rounds, and ensure patient comfort and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to admitted patients in the ward
- Monitor and record vital signs, medication administration, and patient condition
- Assist doctors during rounds and follow prescribed treatment protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
- Ensure hygiene, infection control, and safety practices are followed
- Communicate effectively with patients and their family members
- Collaborate with other nurses, doctors, and support staff
- Support discharge procedures and patient education
Skills and Competencies:
- Good clinical and observational skills
- Strong communication and patient care abilities
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and hospital protocols
- Ability to work in shifts and handle workload professionally
- Proficiency in Telugu and/or English
