Role Summary
The Senior Accounts Executive is responsible for managing accounting operations, statutory compliance, banking transactions, vendor payments, billing, reconciliations, and audit support while ensuring accurate financial records and timely compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage GST & TDS compliance, including return filing and statutory payments.
- Handle banking transactions, fund transfers, and remittances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Follow up on outstanding vendor payments and maintain payment schedules.
- Maintain and reconcile vendor, customer, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and process barge invoices accurately and on time.
- Support external audits by providing required schedules and documents.
- Ensure timely payment of monthly utility bills and other recurring expenses.
- Prepare MIS reports and assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
Qualifications
- CA Intern with 4–6 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally/ERP, and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
