Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and driving revenue generation. The role involves market research, lead generation, negotiations, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve organizational growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align growth initiatives.
Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Achieve revenue, sales, and profitability targets.
Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3–7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
