About TripleDart
TripleDart is a B2B SaaS GTM engineering and performance marketing agency. We run demand generation, SEO/AEO, paid media, and RevOps for 250+ software companies. We build tech-led growth systems, backed by our own tools for AI search visibility and marketing operations.
About the role
You own editorial production across TripleDart, Slate, Slate Index, and GTM Exchange — four distinct properties, one editorial bar. You'll write within an established style guide rather than build a new voice from scratch, and you'll brief the Brand Manager and Video hire on turning your long-form work into social and video content. This is a writing-first role with real editorial ownership, not a generalist marketing seat.
What you own
-
The content calendar and editorial production across all four properties
-
Blog and long-form content — writing to the existing style guide, not inventing a new voice
-
Repurposing long-form content into social and video briefs for the Brand Manager and Video hire
-
Copy support for flagship reports and launches
-
Style-guide and casing compliance across all written output
What it takes to succeed
-
You write plainly and declaratively. Short sentences, no filler adjectives, no AI-generated patterns — the kind of writing that respects the reader's time.
-
You can hold a voice that isn't yours. Four properties means writing within an existing style guide consistently, not defaulting to your own instincts.
-
You think in formats, not just words. A single piece of long-form content should already suggest its social and video cuts to you before you brief anyone else on it.
-
You're editorially disciplined. Deadlines, style-guide compliance, and calendar ownership matter as much as the writing itself.
Must have
-
2–4 years in B2B content or editorial roles
-
Plain, declarative writing — short sentences, no filler adjectives, no AI-generated patterns
-
A portfolio of published long-form work
-
Comfortable repurposing one piece of content into multiple formats
Good to have
-
SEO or AEO writing experience
-
Journalism or editorial background
-
Agency experience across multiple client voices
Why this role
-
Own editorial across four live properties from day one, not a single blog
-
Direct influence on how repurposed content shows up in social and video, via your own briefs
-
Work inside an agency that treats content as a GTM function, not an afterthought
