Job Summary:
A Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for nurturing and educating young children aged 2–6 years in a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment. The teacher helps develop children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills through creative activities, play-based learning, and structured lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities and lessons.
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Teach basic concepts such as numbers, colors, shapes, letters, and social skills.
- Encourage creativity through art, music, storytelling, and play.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress and development.
- Maintain discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Organize classroom materials and maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Support children in developing good habits, confidence, and independence.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Montessori Training or related field.
- Previous teaching experience in preschool or kindergarten preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children.
- Basic classroom management skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
