Job Title: HR Manager

Salary: ₹3,60,000 – ₹4,80,000 per year
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, HR processes, employee engagement, policy implementation, and organizational development. This role requires someone capable of building systems, improving processes, and supporting business growth through effective people management.
Candidates with experience in the Education / EdTech sector will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR regulations.
- Support onboarding, employee induction, and training initiatives.
- Handle employee relations and create a positive work environment.
- Implement and manage performance management systems including KRA/KPI frameworks.
- Support payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR reporting.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR data.
- Assist in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Set up and improve HR systems and operational processes.
- Implement and manage HRMS software effectively.
- Support statutory compliance including PF, ESI, and related HR activities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure effective communication.
Requirements:
- MBA in HR or related specialization preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of HR experience in the Education / EdTech industry.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in recruitment, policy implementation, and HR systems.
- Experience with HRMS implementation is an added advantage.
- Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
