Physics Faculty – Roles & Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Academic Delivery
- Deliver engaging and concept-based lectures in Physics (Class IX–XII / NEET / JEE level as required).
- Simplify complex concepts with real-life examples and problem-solving techniques.
- Complete the syllabus within the scheduled timeline.
2. Lesson Planning & Content Preparation
- Prepare structured lesson plans before each class.
- Develop high-quality notes, assignments, and practice questions.
- Update study material as per latest exam patterns (CBSE / NEET / JEE).
3. Student Assessment & Performance Tracking
- Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assignments.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback.
- Track student performance and identify weak areas.
4. Doubt Solving & Mentoring
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions regularly.
- Provide individual attention to weak students.
- Mentor students for academic improvement and exam strategy.
5. Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Ensure active participation of students during class.
6. Result-Oriented Approach
- Focus on improving student results and academic outcomes.
- Work towards achieving institute targets (selection rates, scores).
7. Communication with Parents & Management
- Share student progress with parents when required.
- Coordinate with academic coordinators and management.
8. Professional Development
- Stay updated with new teaching methodologies and exam trends.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
9. Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance records.
- Submit reports, test results, and academic updates on time.
