We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and business intelligence tools. The role requires working closely with business stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights. Common requirements for similar roles include strong skills in SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data visualization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS for business stakeholders.
- Perform data mining, trend analysis, and identify actionable business insights.
- Create and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Design visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Monitor data quality, consistency, and integrity across datasets.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests and business performance reviews.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards).
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
- Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and automation.
- Understanding of statistics, data modeling, and reporting methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or related technologies are preferred.
- Experience working with large datasets and business reporting environments.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Basic knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning concept
Pay: ₹210,409.15 - ₹650,874.91 per year
