About us 404 Media is a video production and post-production studio working with clients — videographers, real estate teams, agency owners, and personal brands. We handle everything from raw footage to finished cut, including 3D and motion work.
The role We're looking for a videographer who can own a shoot end to end: show up prepared, capture clean footage, and hand off organized files our editors can actually work with. You'll shoot brand films, property walkthroughs, talking-head content, and event coverage.
What you'll do
- Plan shoots — shot lists, locations, scheduling, gear prep
- Operate camera, lighting, and audio on set (solo and with a small crew)
- Direct on-camera talent so they look and sound natural
- Capture broll with the edit in mind
- Back up, label, and deliver footage per our file structure
- Occasionally assist with rough cuts or shoot-day stills
What you need
- 2+ years shooting client work, with a reel we can watch
- Own or reliable access to a camera body, lenses, lav/shotgun audio, and basic lighting
- Solid grasp of exposure, framing, white balance, and audio levels — no fixing it in post
- Comfortable with gimbal and handheld movement
- Reliable communication and on-time delivery. Non-negotiable.
Nice to have
- Drone certification / FPV experience
- Real estate or property video experience
- Basic editing in Premiere or Resolve
- Experience shooting for vertical formats
Pay: ₹9,907.72 - ₹37,663.64 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dehradun, Uttarakhand (Dehradun)
