The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of HR processes. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Selection Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination) Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements Maintain candidate database and follow-up with applicants 2. Onboarding & Documentation Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documents Maintain employee personal files and records 3. HR Operations Manage attendance, leave records, and shift data Support payroll input preparation (attendance, deductions, overtime) Update HR MIS reports regularly 4. Employee Engagement Support employee engagement activities and events Assist in resolving employee queries and basic grievances Maintain a positive workplace environment 5. Compliance Support Assist in PF, ESI, and basic labor law compliance (if applicable) Ensure proper documentation and HR policy adherence Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes Ability to multitask and handle confidential data Freshers or 1–2 years experience preferred Preferred Skills (Optional) Experience with HR software (Zoho, HRMS tools) Basic payroll understanding Recruitment experience in entry-level hiring
