- Role Purpose: To educate and guide children in their early years, ensuring readiness for elementary school.

Key Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning: Design and implement age-appropriate teaching plans.
- Foundational Skills: Teach alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes, hygiene, and social skills.
- Play-Based Learning: Use songs, stories, games, art, and outdoor activities to stimulate learning.
- Classroom Management: Establish routines, rules, and maintain discipline.
