Job Description
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for connecting with potential students through calls, understanding their learning needs, and presenting suitable course options. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a student-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to share information about EdTech courses
- Attend inbound calls and respond to inquiries in a clear and professional manner
- Explain course features, duration, fees, and enrollment steps
- Follow up with interested leads to ensure successful conversions
- Maintain call records, lead details, and follow-up status in the system
- Coordinate with the admissions or business development team to meet targets
- Provide feedback to improve calling scripts and engagement methods
Candidate Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Confident, patient, and customer-friendly approach
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or education sector is an advantage
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or calling systems
- Qualification: Plus Two / Graduation preferred
