Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Front Office & Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our PG hostel in Madhapur. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for tenants, housekeeping staff, kitchen staff, maintenance workers, and other backend operations.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling tenant concerns, coordinating staff activities, maintaining discipline, and ensuring smooth hostel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Tenant Management
1. Handle tenant inquiries, room bookings, check-ins, and check-outs
2. Address tenant complaints and ensure timely resolution
3. Maintain tenant records, rent tracking, and occupancy status
4. Act as the first point of contact for all operational concerns
Staff & Operations Coordination
1. Coordinate with chefs, cleaners, housekeeping, laundry, security, and maintenance staff
2. Monitor daily staff attendance and task completion
3. Ensure cleanliness, food service quality, and operational discipline
4. Escalate unresolved operational issues to management
5. Complaint Handling & Issue Resolution
6. Resolve conflicts or complaints between tenants and staff
7. Follow up on maintenance requests and service delays
8. Ensure smooth communication between residents and backend staff
Administrative Responsibilities
1. Maintain daily operations logs and reports
2. Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and visitor management
3. Support online listings and basic social media coordination if needed
Requirements
1. Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
2. Strong coordination and people-management skills
3. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
4. Ability to handle pressure and solve problems independently
5. Prior experience in hostel, hotel, customer service, or operations management preferred
