Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Tour Consultant to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling domestic and international tour packages, handling customer inquiries, preparing itineraries, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
- Prepare customized domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Provide accurate quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations, visa, and ticketing teams for smooth travel arrangements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with travel destinations, visa requirements, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience as a Tour Consultant or in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in a travel agency or tour operations company.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore.
Salary: Best in the industry (Based on experience and performance).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
