We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Manage social media and digital marketing activities.
- Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
