Opening for Mechanical Maintenance
Job Location:Poonamalle,Chennai
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
Conduct routine inspections of machines, pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Analyze recurring breakdowns and carry out root cause analysis (RCA).Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new equipment.
Train technicians and maintenance staff on maintenance procedures and safety practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial plants.
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and rotating equipment maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹11,914.69 - ₹50,974.67 per month
