We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive who can help expand our global client base and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, networking, and outbound outreach
- Manage international client communication via email, calls, and online meetings
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Work on platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other lead generation channels
- Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Good understanding of IT services, software development, and technology solutions
- Ability to build client relationships and close deals
- Experience in international sales or IT service selling will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented personality
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Experience
1 to 3 years experience in Business Development / IT Sales / International Sales
