AI/ML Engineer - GEO Top-Tier High Scale Product Company

Mandatory Criteria
- Education: B.Tech or Dual Degree strictly from Tier 1 Institutes (IITs, NITs, BITS, VIT, DTU, NSUT).
- Pedigree: Current/prior experience only in top-tier product companies operating at high scale (Tier 2 companies are excluded).
- GEO Experience: 1+ years in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), or Search Generative Experience (SGE).
- Rank Modeling: 1+ years of direct experience in rank modeling for GEO.
- Gen-AI Exposure: Hands-on work with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, or RAG-based systems.
Core Responsibilities
- Solution Deployment: Build and deploy production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Search Optimization: Enhance discoverability and content performance across AI-driven engines and conversational search platforms.
- Technical Execution: Utilize LLMs, NLP, semantic search, embeddings, RAG, and vector databases.
- Data & Analytics: Analyze search intent, AI responses, retrieval patterns, and citations for optimization opportunities.
- Experimentation & Metrics: Design experiments to measure GEO/AEO effectiveness while monitoring model latency, accuracy, and relevance.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, SEO, Marketing, and Business teams.
