About the Role
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can help make ArcMart simple, intuitive, and beautiful for homeowners, professionals, and suppliers.
You'll own the design process from understanding the problem → user flows → wireframes → prototypes → final UI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive web and mobile experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and understand customer pain points.
- Translate business requirements into effective product experiences.
- Develop and maintain design systems.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers.
- Create responsive designs for different screen sizes.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Maintain consistency across ArcMart's digital products.
- Contribute to ArcMart's overall visual identity and product design language.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating actual product/design work.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Good understanding of typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Strong user-centric thinking.
- Ability to collaborate closely with developers and product teams.
Nice to have: Experience designing marketplaces, SaaS products, consumer apps, or startup products.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida, Uttar Pradesh
