Job Description – Steward / Waiter
Position: Steward / Waiter
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers politely.
- Show customers to their table.
- Provide the menu and take food/drink orders.
- Serve food and beverages properly.
- Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for customer orders.
- Check customer needs and provide good service.
- Handle customer requests and complaints politely.
- Clear tables after customers finish their meals.
- Follow restaurant hygiene and safety rules.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills: Good communication, polite behaviour, cleanliness, teamwork, and customer-service skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
