We are seeking a customer oriented Customer Support Executive to manage client communication, shipment coordination support, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
Provide shipment updates and coordinate closely with the operations team.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow-ups for issue resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update CRMsystems.
Support documentation processes and order tracking activities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly customer support reports to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Any other language proficiency is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and professional email communication.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
Strong coordination, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Previous experience in logistics or customer support will be considered an advantage.
